Scholarships
The Carmel Art and Film Festival scholarship fund is designed to give financial aid to students of art and film. It is part of our ongoing commitment to encourage the creative spirit in young people. We know it's not easy paying for college, let alone expensive film or art projects - this is our way of lending a helping hand. This year we are offering four $2500 scholarships for students currently enrolled in film or art programs at the college level, or for high school students planning on attending college in the fall to pursue degrees in art or film. The application for art students is slightly different than the application for film students, so please download the appropriate PDF, follow the simple instructions and get it back to us by May 31, 2012. APPLICATION PROCESS:
Each applicant is responsible for carefully reading the application requirements and submitting the required material, including application form, proof of current registration, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and personal statements. All materials must be submitted by the deadline date of May 31, 2012. No applications will be accepted after the deadline date. Incomplete application packets and applications without signatures will not be reviewed.
